I read a bit at his site, and you know I've been doing low carb since January, and I doubt I'll ever go back.I feel good. I look same as ever except trimmer. Energy is better than it used to be--no longer reach for snacks to prop up flagging energy.It's a new way to eat and I don't miss the old way, nor do I miss that twenty pounds. And yes the eggs are simmered in actual butter, sprinkled with olives, with swiss cheese melted on top--a feast. love, Val
You've heard of his site? I ran across it yesterday by accident. He makes me laugh. And this fat thing. Its hard to believe but it makes sense. While what the USDA has done makes no sense, which is not hard to believe. Coconut oil, my new love...my precious!
